Moderator Jim Welch Recently retired from South Carolina Educational Television where he had a long and interesting career producing and hosting educational programing. A former reporter, editor, anchor, producer and program host with WIS-TV and SCETV, Welch co-hosted SCETV’s NatureScene with renowned naturalist Rudy Manche. Welch was also the writer and narrator of the 2002 SCETV production "They Were Here - Ice Age Humans in SC."
